As the Client Service Manager at Remi IT Solutions, Brendan never stops advocating for his clients to give them the very best service possible. Before joining Remi IT Solutions, Brendan was a Manager at Best Buy’s Geek Squad for almost eight years. There he developed the skills needed to foster a world-class client experience while driving exceptional business results. Brendan holds an ITIL 4 Foundations certification, sharpening his skills in the end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of technology-enabled products and service. When Brendan isn’t busy making IT easy for his clients, he is enjoying a game of cribbage with his family or planning his next cruise.
